On 6 August 2024, we successfully completed an Access Point Relocation Service at Konica Minolta, Tun Jugah. Our  team meticulously assessed the current network environment, backed up the access point’s configuration, and carefully relocated the device to a strategically better location. This process involved powering down the access point, moving it to the new spot, and reconnecting it to power and network cables.

     We then conducted thorough testing to ensure improved network coverage and connectivity. Post-relocation, we monitored the access point to confirm stability and gather user feedback.
